Josée Lemoine is both a strategist and a tactician. She’s equally able to create strategy and implement it. Josée excels as the lead facilitator, helping each organization create their own strategy. She exhibits a keen ability to adapt to the unique needs of each client group, maximizing the benefits to the participants and the organization. She has coached numerous executives and leaders in managing and implementing change. She has been providing services in the areas of strategy and business planning, facilitation, project management, as well as organizational development since 1998.
Josée is a Certified Management Consultant, an internationally recognized consulting designation. She is also an Effective Facilitator certified by Leadership Strategies, the top facilitation course in the USA. Josée is working towards becoming a Certified Master Facilitator, of which there are only 30 in North America.
She has facilitated, developed and critiqued numerous strategy and business plans. Groups have ranged from as little as three to five participants, to as many as 100. Using techniques which enable everyone to participate according to their own personal style, maximum participation can be achieved. Her successes have been in understanding the client’s ultimate goal and articulating a vision to describe it, followed by a detailed plan to achieve it. When asked to work with a client to implement the plan, Josée helps you develop an action plan, capable of making that vision a reality. Her knowledge and skills in organizational and human resources development is also an asset in helping management teams develop themselves and become better leaders and coaches.
Josée loves Winnipeg and Manitoba and will promote its wonderful attributes to anyone who’ll listen. Always ready for an adventure, she travels as broadly as she can. She also loves food, wine, chocolate and great conversations.
